Please contact us to get a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions. We can not be responsible for returns shipped incorrectly.
- Returned products must be in brand new, perfect condition and resalable.
- Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.
- Software is non refundable if opened and seal is broken. If defective we will replace /exchange it only. Batteries that are sealed and unopened may be returned w/in 20 days. All others are non refundable.
- Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.
- All Digital Equipment, DVD's, Video Equipment and Wireless Telephone products must be unopened and returned within 10-days of receipt of purchase.
- Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.
- SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE *
Returns must be received within 10 days after notifying BoatingMarineSupply.com, advising your intent to return product, and receiving a return authorization number and return address.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item minus a 15% restocking fee to cover our original shipping and processing fees. You will be refunded in the same method in which you paid for the merchandise. If a check refund is due, please be advised that it may take up to 30 days to receive your refund.
*Please Note: Special Order items, manufacturer drop shipped, refurbished or remanufacatured, opened DVD's, Charts and Maps, products are not refundable or returnable.
Undeliverable or Intercepted / Returned Order/s:
Orders that are undeliverable and returned due to a customer order entry error, not at home, moved, or refused delivery (of products ordered) will be assessed the actual shipper return charge as well as our normal return restocking fee (if required) on subsequent order refund.
